Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy/No-Show:

You will receive an email/text reminder both 48 & 24 hours before your appointment. In order to cancel/reschedule your appointment with NO CHARGE, a minimum of 24hrs notice is required. Any no-show & cancellations with LESS than 24hrs notice, will be charged the FULL amount of service scheduled. No-shows will be blocked from future bookings.

Late Policy:

Please call or text me as soon as possible to let me know if you are running late. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follows yours. Depending upon the time of your arrival, I will determine if there is sufficient time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the non-discounted cost of the booked session. Out of respect and consideration of your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and arrive on time.

Male Clients

First-time male clients must provide a referral from a CURRENT client before appointment will be made/accepted. When booking online, please provide referral client's first/last name in appointment msg/note box provided. Failing to do, appointment will be denied/cancelled and blocked for future bookings. Thank you for understanding.
